Cacao Ceremony
A moment of connection for the conscious single woman.
Friday February 13th
7-9pm
In this 2 hour experience we will sip ceremonial cacao together with intention, explore transformational breath work, journal and share. This event will have a theme that the practices will be focused around. There will be light snacks provided for after we close the container. Make sure to not eat for 1-2 hours prior to this event.

Wear warm, comfortable clothing. Bring a water bottle. Bring a journal and a pen. Bring a yoga mat to lay on. Bring something to lay on the alter, something you would like to soak up the energy of the experience.

Once you book, I will send you the address morning of. This will be hosted out of my own space. Near King Edward and Cambie in Vancouver.

I will start by opening the circle with a share about cacao. Then we will connect with the medicine before drinking in meditation. We will take our first sip together and then go around the circles sharing via prompts and sipping together. Once cacao is consumed we will lie down and explore transformational breath work. After breath will be space for guided journaling. Once that is complete we will connect through sharing. The circle will then be closed and there will be a moment to connect some more over light snacks.
